Beyond serving as pivotal survey sites for the 2023 Whole-of-Government Business Satisfaction Survey (BizSat), these agencies remain deeply engaged in post-survey initiatives, underscoring their unwavering commitment to fostering a more conducive business landscape in the Philippines.

The 2023 BizSat Moving Forward Meeting, convened by the 草莓社区-Productivity and Development Center Productivity Development Research Office (DAP-PDC-PDRO) via Zoom on January 30, 2024, witnessed robust participation from 35 key officers representing eight government agencies and offices. Among the notable participants were the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Cebu City Local Government Unit, Department of Labor and Employment, Department of Trade and Industry, Pag-IBIG Fund, Quezon City LGU, Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Social Security System. These agencies demonstrated a proactive stance by engaging in constructive dialogue aimed at enhancing frontline government services.

PDC-PDRO Director Monica D. Saliendres commended the agencies for their crucial role in the successful execution of the 2023 BizSat. She emphasized the invaluable contribution of their support, underscoring the significance of client feedback in driving service improvements. Saliendres further sought the agencies’ collaboration for the upcoming Citizen Satisfaction Survey (CitSat), soliciting their insights to refine data collection methodologies and enhance survey coverage.

Noteworthy recommendations emerged during the meeting, notably from Emma Villarete, assistant department head of the Cebu City Government, who highlighted the importance of expanding the survey scope to encompass all frontline government services. She advocated for the adoption of online survey methods and the integration of survey links into government websites.
